SPET Engineering & Consultancy Services (SPECS) provides Onshore/Offshore Facilities, Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) infrastructure and energy related businesses. The Company currently provides services in PMC, manpower supply for power plant operation overhead transmission line and substations for Blocks 3 and 7 operated by Dar Petroleum Operating Company (DPOC).
Furthermore, SPECS is providing PMC, manpower supply for power plant operation overhead transmission line and service stations for Blocks 1, 2 and 4 operated by Greater Pioneer Operating Company (GPOC). SPECS also provides EPCC (Engineering Procurement Construction & Commissioning) services for Block 5A operated by Sudd Petroleum Operating Company (SPOC).
SPET Engineering was established on the 18th August 2012 under the joint venture partnership between Nile Petroleum Corporation (NILEPET) and Beijing JNHBT Project Management Consultancy Service Company Limited. Currently, the joint venture partnership is between NILPET and Qingdao China Petroleum GeoHydroEngineering Co. Ltd.

SPET ENGINEERING & Engineering Consultancy Service (SPECS) was founded on the premise of providing quality services in Project Management Consultancy and Operation & Maintenance Service to our clients. Since its inception, the company has had a meteoric rise and within no time, the company signed contracts with Dar Petroleum Operating Company (DPOC), Greater Pioneer Operating Company (GPOC) and Sudd Petroleum Operating Company (SPOC) to secure Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M). These contracts worth millions of dollars and we were able to hire more than one hundred employees.
We have come a long way chasing a dream to deliver top-notch services with speed and precision. Along the way, we have built a team we're genuinely proud of; talented engineers from across South Sudan and beyond. We hire experienced professionals and invest in fresh graduates, giving them the training and support they need to grow with us because leaving great people does not start with treating them right.
